RealtyMark Launches AI-Powered Company Platform for Over 2,000 Agents — Every Agent Live on Day One

Built on Smart Agent Guide, the new www.realtymark.net gives every agent a page on the company site and one login for contracts and forms — and puts AImee, the company's AI teammate, on the website and phone line 24/7 in more than 25 languages, routing each lead to the right agent

PHILADELPHIA — Nov. 6, 2026 — RealtyMark, the Philadelphia-area independent brokerage with over 2,000 agents across eight states, has launched a new company platform at www.realtymark.net, built on Smart Agent Guide™. Every agent has been live since Oct. 30. At the front door is AImee™, the company's AI teammate, who answers RealtyMark's website chat and phone line 24/7 in more than 25 languages and routes each lead to the right agent — so an inquiry that arrives at 10 p.m. is greeted and heard instead of going to voicemail.

Every agent knows the deals that slip away: the lead that comes in late and goes cold by morning, the form you need at 8 p.m. that lives on someone else's desk. RealtyMark's agents now have one place for all of it, under the RealtyMark name — and the brokerage did not have to build a piece of it.

"There are only two ways to have more money: make more or spend less. RealtyMark was built to give agents both," said Ramon "Ray" Gaber, founder of RealtyMark. "Technology is the next step. When our agents logged in this morning, it was all there — their own page on the company site, their forms, and AImee answering our phones and our website at two in the morning in the client's own language. Nobody had to build it or buy it. That is what 'The Future of Real Estate' has always meant to us."

By the Numbers

  • Over 2,000 RealtyMark agents, every one with a login and a page on www.realtymark.net on day one
  • Eight states served by RealtyMark; one Agent Hub holding the company's contracts and forms for all of them
  • 24/7: AImee answers the company's website chat and phone line around the clock
  • More than 25 languages AImee can converse in, by chat or by phone
  • 260+ features on the Smart Agent Guide platform
  • Eight U.S. patent filings on Smart Agent Guide's technology
  • $19 per agent per month to add an agent under a brokerage license
  • 2010: the year Ray Gaber founded RealtyMark; its television program, RealtyMark Showcase of Homes, is in its 13th year on PHL17/CW

The Broker Side: One Company Platform, Under the RealtyMark Name

For the brokerage, the launch replaces a patchwork of sites, inboxes and binders with one platform that carries the RealtyMark brand everywhere a client, broker and agent needs.

  • A company website clients notice. Live MLS listings, search on every page, and AImee ready to help visitors in their language. Each home has its own page, and each listing has a shareable page the agent can send to a client or post.
  • A front door that is always open. AImee answers RealtyMark's website chat and phone line 24/7. She captures each inquiry and routes it to the right agent: a question about a listing goes straight to the listing agent, and if the first agent can't get to a lead, it is re-routed to another. Ask her for an agent by name and she connects you. Requests for a home valuation, a showing, financing help or a call back are followed up in business hours.
  • A broker dashboard with a production view. Leadership sees the company's production in one view instead of chasing it across spreadsheets.
  • Compliance with a calendar. Fair Housing and compliance items are tracked with due dates, so an item doesn't wait for someone to remember it. AImee describes homes by what is in the listing and says so when she doesn't know, and home pages show the schools near each home as facts only.
  • One message to the whole roster. Company emails go to every agent in one send, so an announcement reaches over 2,000 people without a mail merge.
  • Recruiting that answers the first question. A recruiting page at www.realtymark.net/join with a take-home calculator shows a prospective agent what they would keep under RealtyMark's model, before they ever pick up the phone.

The Agent Side: A Page, a Login and Leads That Arrive Ready to Work

For the agent, the platform shows up as fewer places to look and fewer things to chase.

  • A personal page on the company site. Every RealtyMark agent is in the company-wide Find-an-Agent directory and has a page under the RealtyMark brand with their listings and a way to reach them.
  • One login for the paperwork. The RealtyMark Agent Hub holds the company's contracts, forms for the states it operates in, and links to the RealtyMark Concierge service which prepares your contracts for free 7 days a week. Any document is a search away on the database rather than a phone call.
  • Leads routed, not dropped. When AImee routes a lead to an agent, it arrives captured, with what the client asked for. Listing questions come to the listing agent directly.
  • Shareable listing pages. Each of the agent's listings has its own page on www.realtymark.net to send and share, with AImee on it to greet anyone who visits.

"The biggest brands have spent years and fortunes building their own AI. We think an independent brokerage deserves the same advantage, without the wait or the price tag," said Lakshmi Brunda Rompicherla Bhattar, Founder & CEO of Smart Agent Guide. "RealtyMark switched on the whole platform under its own name — the company site, every agent's page, the contracts hub, and AImee at the front door around the clock — and didn't have to build any of it."

Built Together

Smart Agent Guide and RealtyMark have worked side by side since this summer to build and fine-tune the platform around a working brokerage, covering compliance and Fair Housing checks, lead routing, agent onboarding, state-by-state forms and the agent experience. RealtyMark's leadership tested each step with real agents and real listings, and their feedback shaped the product. The result is a platform that is brokerage-ready: the next brokerage can launch under its own name on the same foundation.

"We didn't just buy software, we helped build it," said Brian J. Smith, Chief Compliance Officer and a Broker of Record at RealtyMark. "Every compliance question we raised became part of the product. Any brokerage that signs on next with Smart Agent Guide starts with a turn-key platform, built specifically for agents and brokers, that they can customize for their own business model."

What Smart Agent Pro™ Adds

Smart Agent Pro is the platform's full AI tier. Where the company platform puts AImee at the brokerage's front door, Pro puts the platform's AI to work on the agent's daily agenda, tasks and appointments: the seller relationship, the showing request, the morning catch-up and the past client who should hear from them. With Smart Agent Pro, agents can:

  • Walk into every listing appointment ready. The Smart Listing Presentation builds a branded presentation for the seller meeting: a recommended price range, recent comparable sales, a local market snapshot, a seller net sheet showing what the seller would walk away with, and a QR code to the home's own page — where the seller can see for themselves how AImee greets buyers, day and night.
  • Give every seller their own dashboard. The seller sees page views, buyer questions and showing requests for their home, and receives a weekly report that their agent reviews and sends — so the "any news?" call is answered before it is made.
  • Let AImee take showing requests. Buyers ask AImee for a showing in a chat or on a call, any hour of the day; she captures who they are, which home and the times that work, the agent confirms, and the buyer hears back by email.
  • Start every login with AImee's brief: what happened while they were away, a suggested next step for each lead, and follow-ups already drafted, ready to edit and send.
  • Stay close to past clients. Birthdays, home anniversaries and keep-in-touch reminders, with a note drafted for the agent to personalize — so the client who closed three years ago still hears from the agent who helped them.

"Agents told us the same thing everywhere: there aren't enough hours in the day," said Bob Allison, Chief Marketing Officer of Smart Agent Guide. "AImee handles the late-night first contact and takes it off their plate, so the agent's first conversation with a new client is the one that counts."

Smart Agent Guide has been selected for NVIDIA Inception and AWS Activate, is a Microsoft for Startups graduate and Microsoft partner, and has eight U.S. patent filings on its technology.

For Brokerage Owners

Smart Agent Guide is built for brokerages that want what RealtyMark switched on — a company site, a page for every agent, a contracts hub, a broker dashboard, lead routing and AImee at the front door — under their own name and without building any of it. Brokerages license the platform for the company and add agents at $19 per agent per month. Brokerage owners can see AImee take a live call and request pricing at www.smartagent.guide.

Agents interested in joining RealtyMark can see what they would take home at www.realtymark.net/join.
